For Hands:

1. Wet your hands with clean, running water.
   
2. Dispense a small amount of the hand and body wash onto your palms.
   
3. Rub your hands together to create a lather, covering all areas of your hands, including the back, between fingers, and under your nails.
   
4. Continue rubbing for at least 20 seconds for effective cleansing.
   
5. Rinse thoroughly under clean, running water.
   
6. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry.
   

Body:

1. Begin your shower with warm water to open up pores.
   
2. Apply an adequate amount of wash onto a washcloth, loofah, or directly onto your body.
   
3. Gently massage the lather over your body, focusing on areas needing extra cleansing.
4. Rinse off thoroughly with water, ensuring no residue is left on your skin.
   
5. Pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving it feeling refreshed and delicately scented.
